Delivery

We charge £1.50 for orders up to £10.00, £2.50 up to £20.00, £4.90 up £30.00 and orders over £30.00 are Free. For express Delivery we charge £5.00

Delivery Options and Cost

  • Your order will be sent by Royal Mail, Hermes or UKMail.
  • You can choose how soon you would like your order to arrive at the basket with the options of standard or next day.



Click and Collect

If you would like to collect your item, please contact us and we will refund your postage

Standard delivery

Any order placed by Standard delivery should arrive within 7 days

(This does not include any Bank holidays)

  • Products placed in the basket that are over £30 will automatically be qualified for Free delivery.
  • Order placed after 12pm will be despatched the next day.
  • You will receive an email or text message once your order is despatched.
  • Our couriers need your signature on delivery, so keep your eyes peeled!



Next Day Delivery

  • Next day delivery costs £5.00.
  • Please place your order before 11am for delivery on the next working day.
  • That does not include bank holidays or the weekend.
  • Next day orders placed at the weekend will be processed on the following working day.
  • You will receive an email or text message once your order is despatched.

Delayed Orders

Please call our Customer Services team if your order has not arrived within 7 working days with the order reference number from your confirmation email.

We do not offer international delivery Yet. We deliver standard delivery to :

Our Returns Policy and your Right to Cancel

Cancelling an Order

We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it.

  • To add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
  • To change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice on 01376 347000 between 10am and 5pm on weekdays. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
  • If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products,

Returns

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order by post for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. Returns postage cannot be refunded
